Programme evaluation.
Project or programme evaluations
We can work with your organisation to design an evaluation of your project, programme or service. Through our programme evaluations, we can use a range of methodologies to understand the outcomes being achieved, and work with you to weave this learning into ongoing programme design.
Funding programme impact evaluation
Through our work with philanthropic trusts, corporate foundations and other social impact investors, we offer evaluation of funding programmes. This work is focused on understanding the unique outcomes and impact being achieved and leveraged through the funder's investment dollars and investment approach. This can be particularly useful for funders that are exploring new types of funding approach - such as venture philanthropy or innovation funding.
Evaluation strategy.
We work with organisations to assist them in designing evaluation strategies and frameworks. This can include identifying the overall evaluation goals and approach, as well as developing more detailed strategies to support evaluation of projects or programmes.
Evaluation strategy design can also assist organisations to design internal and external approaches to reporting. For charitable organisations, this can include designing a framework to inform the development of their annual Statement of Service Performance (SSP).
Evaluation capacity building.
We offer evaluation capacity building to organisations that are looking to enhance their own in-house capabilities. Our focus centres on building key competencies and supporting organisations to work with their staff to develop an internal culture of learning and reflection. Building evaluation capacity can support organisations to collect more meaningful data and tell their performance stories more effectively to stakeholders and potential funders.
