Funding policy.

We support organisations to develop funding policies that enact their funding strategies effectively. This work includes identifying priorities, intended outcomes, exclusions and other dimensions of funding policy. We also support grantmakers to communicate funding policy effectively so that applicants have greater clarity about the funder's parameters and expectations.

Funding processes.

Well-designed funding processes can support philanthropic organisation to give more efficiently and effectively.  It can also make funding more accessible to key communities or priority groups being targeted by the funder.  We can support your organisation to strengthen or redesign its funding processes, including:

• Application processes - including the design of different application approaches and forms.

• Assessment processes - including the design of best practice assessment tools, and fit-for-purpose assessment criteria.

• Accountability and reporting processes - including the design of reporting templates and other forms on non-written reporting e.g. roundtable reporting.
