We also have experience of working with philanthropic funders to design and deliver capacity support programmes that can be offered as part of their grantmaking approach. This can include:
Design of tools to support funders in assessing a grantee's capacity support needs; as well as assessing a grantee organisation's readiness to receive capacity support.
Design and delivery of one-off or longer-term capacity support to selected grantees based on need and resourcing.
Design and delivery of group-based capacity support programmes across grantee cohorts, or to selected grantees with shared capacity support needs e.g. evaluation, strategy design or financial planning/sustainability.
